    Peak Energy Wetsuits

Peak Energy Series Wetsuits are a long time favourite here at Wetsuit Warehouse because there is no other brand that is so committed to the entry level suit market, constantly crafting high-quality wetsuits without the high-quality price tag. This is achieved through their access to Rip Curl's materials, manufacturing and research & development.

Peak Energy Wetsuits range includes models with a Glued and Blind-Stitched seam around the $200 mark makes the Sealed Energy suits to have one of the best dollar-warmth ratios in the wetsuit world, second only to the Neo Fusion series.

The majority of our customers are chasing a decent wetsuit but don't want to break the bank, well that probably goes for every customer, however we truly sympathise with this customer because we know that a wetsuit can make or break your winter season and therein lies our love for the Peak Energy Wetsuits.

Peak prioritise good value wetsuits, this is achieved by using high-quality materials only around your high-strain areas, such as paddle zones.  This make the suit feel supple where you need it.  The rest of the Peak Energy Wet suit is made up of a lower-stretch neoprene, which may not feel as nice, but is typically warmer - here's the true difference between low and high stretch neoprene..

In order to make an informed decision about which wetsuit to buy we recommend watching our comprehensive guide to seams and zips, these two features are what define a wetsuit's true performance.

    Peak Energy Wetsuits

Please note that not all Peak Energy Wetsuits include each of these features - please take specific note of the seams as most offer an unsealed flat-lock seam or the sealed GBS seam.

    • Flexible neoprene: Increases comfort and the duration of your surf, the less stretchy the neoprene, the more work it takes to paddle, therefore you get tired faster!
    • 3/2mm Neoprene: The standard wetsuit thickness and is generally the most ideal.  South of Sydney this suit will tend to get a on the colder side but this all depends on your own personal tolerance to the cold.
    • Glued and Blind-Stitched Seams [GBS]: The best value sealed seam on the market and is not only sealed against cold water entering the suit but is incredibly stretchy and is the same seam you'll find on competition wetsuits. learn more  This suit, because of it's sealed seam, is substantially warmer than any suit around this price as typically they are not sealed. This seam is present in the expensive end of Peak Energy Wetsuits. Learn more here.
    • Flat-Lock Stitched: Breathable, overlapping seam, Non-chafing and super durable for warmer conditions.  This seam is present in the cheaper end of Peak Energy Wetsuits.
    • Back zip entry: Easy to get on and off.  Learn more about zips here.
