In recent years there has been a big push towards loose or relaxed fit rash guards, which fit like a shirt but are made out of polyesters - you'll know if it's a loose fit by the product's name, description or image.
We've seen many microfibre/polyfleece/2P style short sleeve rashies which are moderate insulators, nothing like neoprene top but better than lycra - these make for ideal products in for pool swimmers in the winter, when the pool's heating isn't warm enough. Some customers will buy a poly-fleece rash guard to wear on the inside of their suit to provide extra warmth and insulation.
