From tail pads to tie-downs, at Adreno we've got the gear you need to get your board to and into the water. As all surfers know there's plenty of gear that goes into prepping a surfboard from its stock form to carve-ready. Adding grip, picking out fins, leashes and cases are all part of the fun.
Traction Pads: Wax alone will feel lack-lustre once you've used a traction pad. The grip and support it provides for the back foot lets you to really plant your weight, making digging in your rail that much easier. The textured grip and kicktail at the base let you surf with confidence.
Leashes: Surfing leashes stop you from having to endure the gruelling paddle into shore for your board (or watching it wash up on the rocks) and acts as a lifeline connecting yourself to something buoyant. It's also a way of protecting other surfers and beach-goers from any nasty encounters with (potentially pointy) fibreglass and fins.
Surfboard Bags: Protection against dings, compressions, scrapes and heat. Most people do more damage to their boards in storage and transport when they're not using a board bag than actually in the water.
Wax: An absolutely critical component of surfing. We'll concede everything else bar the board is somewhat optional, but without a coating of wax you're unlikely to be catching any waves.
Surfboard Fins: An essential part of your Surfboard setup, fins can dramatically change the way your board feels and maneuvers in the water. Fins come with different FCS II or Futures adaptability, so be sure to check your fin box before buying from our range of Thruster and Single fins!
