Womens Swim Thermals
Womens Swim Thermals provide protection from the sun, rashing and rubbing while swimming and surfing as well as moderate thermal protection without restricting movement. The range of Womens thermals contains Lightweight, quick-drying and versatile garments - our customers love these for the beach, surf and pool - even our scuba divers love wearing them as a basel-layer for the supple feel and extra warmth.
Thermals are thicker and warmer then a rashie but are breathable, more flexible and thinner then a wetsuit (neoprene) - in terms of touch and feel, poly-fleece thermals are a bit like tracksuit pants but with a water-resistant lycra outer layer and much more stretch. With breathability comes versatility because, unlike a neoprene, you can wear swim thermals on craft or on land without getting hot.
Thermals are designed to provide a layer of breathable insulation that helps the air wick moisture from the garment, because of this they are not as warm as a wetsuit, which is a superb insulator - but unless you're constantly in and out of the water (think surfing, swimming, kayaking, falling off the sup) then you might not need that level of insulation.
