There is also a ‘priority dispatch’ option for a small fee which even guarantees dispatch countrywide within 24 hours.

We have handy Size Charts for all our wetsuit brands, simply look up the specific brand and match your measurements against the individual sizing.

4. Where does Wetsuit Warehouse deliver to?

Wetsuit Warehouse can deliver to most places in the world however, a small number of manufacturers restrict sale of their products outside of Australia, Wetsuit Warehouse will advise on receipt of your order.

5. How much are your delivery charges within Australia?

$10 flat rate shipping Australia-wide. No strings attached, no surcharges, no more to pay! Order anywhere in Australia, anytime and AS MUCH AS YOU WANT for just $10. 

Optional extras:

  • Insurance = an extra $5, Australia wide shipping insurance so you don't need to worry about your order going missing in the post. 
  • Jump the Queue + Insurance = an extra $10 (Does not guarantee next day delivery, standard shipping times apply)

Please note these prices are based on delivering to mainland Australia.

For all offshore islands and International orders a member of staff will contact you with a delivery estimate including International freight charges.  Please contact customs or your local postal service as your order may be delayed for inspection or duties/taxes may apply which are not paid for by Wetsuit Warehouse. This is applicable to all International shipping methods.

6. How much are your delivery charges outside of Australia?

Shipping costs for International orders vary based on items and destination country. We will contact you with an estimate for International freight charges.

International orders are shipped by Fedex or Australian Post – International delivery.

Please contact customs or your local postal service as your order may be delayed for inspection or duties/taxes may apply which are not paid for by Wetsuit Warehouse. This is applicable to all International shipping methods.

7. Are there any additional duties or taxes?

International purchases are sold free of Australian GST however, depending on which country you live in, there may be additional taxes or import duties imposed at the receivers end. Wetsuit Warehouse is not liable for these charges and it is up to the customer to liaise with Customs regarding their delivery.

In Australia there will be no additional costs.

8. How long does delivery take and are there different options?

Deliveries can be made in as little as 2 business days, however it depends on your location and the courier used. It is uncommon for orders to take more than 6 business days to arrive. If you would like to track your delivery you can do it via the tracking number which will be sent to your allocated email, or call our helpful staff on 07 3391 4905

9. If I order on Sunday when will my items be shipped?

Your items will be shipped as soon as possible on our return to work the following Monday depending on the volume of your order.

To ensure orders are dispatched on the Monday there is always an option to select ‘Jump the Queue’ for a small fee via the online ordering system.

10. Can I cancel my order?

As long as the order hasn’t been processed, then there is no problem with cancelling your order, please call us as soon as possible on (07) 3391 4905 and quote your order reference number.

11. Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, if your items haven't been shipped then we can simply update your details on our computer systems, please call us as soon as possible (07) 3391 4905 and quote your order reference number.

12. What is the cut off time to get next day dispatch?

Make sure you order your items before 2pm (Queensland time) to guarantee next day dispatch. For an additional $10.00 you can request same day dispatch via the online order system, just tick the relevant box to update your order.

13. Can I get same day delivery?

Unfortunately we are unable to offer same day delivery. There is a ‘Jump the Queue’ option for an additional $10.00 where your items leave the store within 24hrs of placing an order and are delivered as soon as possible (standard shipping times apply). To arrange this just tick the relevant box during the online order system or call us as soon as possible on (07) 3391 4905 quoting your order reference number.

All Jump the Queue orders are also covered by Australia wide shipping insurance so you don't need to worry about your order going missing in the post. This insurance covers you against loss or damage that may be incurred during the shipping process.

18. Can I check where my order is?

Once your package has been dispatched an Order Update email will be sent to you. This will include all the dispatch details of your order including the carrier who is handling your package and a tracking number in order to see the progress of your parcel.

19. Do you have set delivery times?

Unfortunately we cannot set delivery times for when you items will arrive. Please use the helpful tracking reference number within your order confirmation email to view the progress of your package.

20. What will happen if I am not home when my order arrives?

If you are not around to take delivery of your parcel, you will be left a calling card telling you how you can pick up your parcel however, please note this is the responsibility of the relevant carrier handling your parcel.

21. Can I pick up my order?

Yes...simply select the "Pay and Pickup" option when checking out if you'd like to collect your order from our warehouse in Brisbane. Full payment is required in order to secure your items as we will not hold anything without payment being received. Items may not be ready for immediate pick up so please wait for an email to confirm your order is ready before coming down to the store.
